Tom is Director of Future Christie at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, an internationally recognised specialist cancer centre, where he leads major transformation programmes spanning digital strategy, intelligent hospital development, AI adoption, operational modernisation, workforce transformation and large-scale organisational change.
He initiated the Electronic Patient Record replacement agenda at The Christie and has led work across digital foundations, governance, transformation delivery and strategic innovation partnerships. His focus is on translating fragmented operational processes into scalable, intelligent systems that improve coordination, visibility and decision-making.

Dr Rhidian Bramley is a founding member of Trusted Intelligent Systems and leads the organisation's technical architecture, healthcare innovation and public-sector system design capability.
Rhidian is a Consultant Radiologist with national leadership experience in the safe and effective adoption of artificial intelligence in healthcare. He advises at national level on digital transformation, clinical AI implementation and healthcare technology strategy, and regularly presents to healthcare, technology and transformation audiences.
Alongside his clinical leadership, Rhidian has personally designed, built and implemented production systems used in live NHS environments — including advanced rota platforms and whole-EPR capability at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust.
He brings a rare combination of frontline clinical credibility, deep technical build capability and practical implementation experience within highly regulated and operationally complex healthcare settings.
